What we collect and why

Data submitted through the enquiry form: name, company, work email, country, and the details you choose to give about your enquiry. It is used only to answer that enquiry and to maintain the resulting commercial relationship.

Legal basis

Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to answer the enquiry and to manage any business relationship that follows from it. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 24 months.

Who else sees it

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is processed on our behalf by our web hosting and email providers, only to deliver the website and the enquiry to us. This website loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page is opened.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and you will be asked for consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
