Certifications, quality and the paperwork that travels with the pallet
Two things decide whether a buyer can list you: whether the certification is right for their market, and whether the documents arrive without being chased. This page is where both are answered.
Certified organic, produced in the EU
The whole range is certified organic and produced at our own facility in Slovenia. Because production is inside the EU, an EU buyer needs no organic equivalence file and no third-country import certificate — the goods move freely and carry EU organic status as produced.

If your quality team needs a document that is not on that list, ask before you order rather than after — it is nearly always available, and it is nearly always faster to issue up front.
How product safety is handled in an ambient product
The range contains no preservatives and no additives. It is filled into airtight pharmaceutical amber glass with a recyclable metal cap. Amber glass blocks UV, so the contents are not altered by light on a 24-month shelf life.
After opening, the product should be refrigerated and consumed within five days. That instruction belongs on every label and on every listing page a retailer builds.
Documentation questions
Is the product certified organic?
Yes, produced in the EU to EU organic regulation. The control body name and code are shown on the label and travel with the consignment documentation.
What documents ship with an order?
Specification sheets, nutrition declarations, certificates of analysis and export paperwork are issued per consignment. HS code 20099059.
Can you supply a certificate of analysis for a specific batch?
Yes. Batch-level certificates of analysis are available on request, and are issued as standard for export consignments.
